Why only once a week?
The simple answer is that training more often does not benefit you more. For high intensity strength training like fit20, training once a week yields the same, or better results, than training twice per week. If you are after the most effective results in the most efficient way, then it makes sense to train our clients once a week. Certainly, many clients do recreational activities during the rest of the week, but we recommend limiting high intensity training to once per week. The science on this is extensive.
