I am 66 years old and have done various forms of exercise throughout my life, but not always consistently.

Results
Since joining the fit20 fitness programme with Duncan, I have felt stronger altogether, such as when going upstairs, walking and lifting things.

Convenience
I like the fact that I can go after work, once a week for 20 minutes in office clothes and don’t get worn out and sweaty like in the gym. I also like that it is one to one training with a trainer specifically trained to deliver this programme.

Progress
I like seeing a graph of my improvement including the percentage increase for each workout.

Safe & Effective
It is a full body workout on all the main muscle groups and weight is gradually added to each exercise as decided by the trainer. Everything is done in a slow and controlled way. I have almost doubled the weight on the leg press machine and increased considerably on the lat pull-down.
