"I heard about fit20 and I liked the idea of only 20 minutes a week - I could definitely fit that into my busy life. I had been feeling that I wasn’t as strong as I used to be and ideally I wanted to tone up and/or lose a few pounds (although this was not my primary goal).
Within a few weeks I found that my muscles felt a little stronger again and more importantly an unexpected benefit was that my blood sugars (I have type 1 Diabetes) seemed to be a bit lower. So last week I had my annual check and not only have my blood sugars come down but my Cholesterol is lower too. I haven’t changed my diet so I can’t put it down to anything other than fit20!
fit20 is helping me to feel fitter and my health is improving too. I enjoy going to my fit20 each week as the trainer is so encouraging and supportive. Just when one machine gets difficult, then you move onto a different one and work a different group of muscles and its all done in 20 minutes. No need to change your clothes and the good work you have done keeps going throughout the week.
