We asked Liz to share her experience so far with fit20.

What made you seek help with your fitness?

Since I moved here (the UK]) I was really not doing anything. So, I wanted something that was easy to do every week. I already knew that I loved lifting weights, so this was an easy pick for me.

What do you like most about fit20?

I love the progress reports; you can really see yourself improving. You’re only in competition with yourself, and seeing the numbers go up is really satisfying.

What would you say to a friend or family member that was considering trying fit20, but perhaps wasn’t sure if it was for them?

Just do it!

You have to try it to know if you’d like it. But as it’s only 20 minutes, how could you not fit that into your schedule!? Plus my partner stopped complaining about back pain soon after starting, and we both feel - and are - stronger and healthier.
