Breathing is so automatic that few of us pay it much attention. We would all benefit from being more aware of our breathing, it is a focus in yoga and meditation and also for fit20 training. Holding your breath during intense training is a common “compensation” we help you identify and avoid whenever possible. Breathing with a relaxed mouth during your fit20 training helps you perform and feel better. Allow your breathing pace to accelerate as the training gets more difficult, this way more oxygen is transported to the muscles that need it. Next session work with your trainer on breathing.
